Sabrina Ingram
Sabrina Ingram is a Registered Professional Counselor who takes a collaborative, feminist-informed approach, creating a space where clients feel empowered to advocate for themselves and explore their experiences openly. She believes therapy is a shared process built on trust, curiosity, and the understanding that clients have a voice in shaping their own journey. Inspired by her personal experiences and the impact of past therapists, she brings deep empathy and a strong commitment to supporting healing and self-advocacy. Clients can expect a supportive, goal-oriented space where their experiences are validated and explored within broader social and relational contexts. She has a special interest in supporting women and creating safe spaces to process lived experiences across all stages of life. Sabrina invites you to show up as you are and work together toward meaningful growth and healing.

- Working in child protection as well as the DTES for many years has given me a front row seat to how difficult life can be and what happens when we don't have safe places to unload and explore difficult experiences in our lives.
- Medical gaslighting that is gender based and how the impacts self esteem, advocacy for oneself, honesty with medical professionals who show bias.

Booking FAQ
First Session charges each session directly to your credit card. Once each session occurs, and your card is charged, you will receive a PDF receipt to your email with all of the details you will need to get reimbursed (therapist name, license/designation, license number, address, etc). You can then submit the receipt to your insurance company for reimbursement if you have coverage.
We always recommend you check with your insurance provider to confirm what coverage you have.
You are the expert when it comes to knowing who is the right fit. Ensure you’ve watched the therapist video at the top of their profile and see if you get a good feeling from the message and the energy they are putting out. If you feel drawn to speak with them, listen to your gut! Booking a free consultation is a great first step to asses fit.
