Tanya Gabrielle
Tanya Gabrielle is a Canadian Clinical Counsellor (Provisional) who helps clients build a stronger relationship with themselves as a foundation for lasting growth and healing. Drawing from her own experiences with trauma, divorce, single parenthood, and major life transitions, she understands how challenging it can be to navigate change and uncertainty. Tanya takes a humanistic, empowerment-focused approach, helping clients develop the tools, self-awareness, and confidence needed to move toward meaningful goals. She supports individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, emotional overwhelm, nervous system dysregulation, and relationship challenges, while creating a safe and compassionate space for exploration. Tanya believes therapy is not about fixing what is broken, but about fostering self-understanding, emotional safety, and a more fulfilling connection with yourself and others.

First Session charges each session directly to your credit card. Once each session occurs, and your card is charged, you will receive a PDF receipt to your email with all of the details you will need to get reimbursed (therapist name, license/designation, license number, address, etc). You can then submit the receipt to your insurance company for reimbursement if you have coverage.
We always recommend you check with your insurance provider to confirm what coverage you have.
