- how life can take unexpected turns: I, too, have experienced several events in my life that have left me feeling lost, overwhelmed, and unsure of what the next step is. I've learnt to go with the ebbs and flows of life rather than fighting to ensure everything goes as planned.
- how anxiety can cloud your thoughts and take over your daily life: I’ve lived through periods where anxiety felt constant and all-consuming, making even the simplest tasks feel impossible. Learning how to manage it, rather than fight against it, has been a major part of my personal journey and now informs how I support others.
- how self-doubt can quietly influence every decision you make: There was a time when I constantly questioned whether I was good enough, smart enough, or on the “right” path. I’ve learned how powerful it can be to slow down, get curious about those thoughts, and reconnect with what I truly value.
- how harsh self-criticism can disconnect you from your strengths: I know what it’s like to measure your worth by how productive or successful you are. Over time, I’ve worked to shift from self-judgment to self-compassion, something I now help others practice in their own lives.
- how it feels to be stuck or falling behind while everyone else seems to be moving forward: I’ve been in that place where it felt like I was just treading water, unsure how to catch up or even where to start. I’ve learned that moving at your own pace and honoring where you are is not only okay, but necessary
