
Sofia Forman
Sofia is a warm and compassionate lifelong learner. She recently finished her PsyD in Clinical Psychology in California. She is in the registration process to become a Clinical Psychologist. Sofia is also a lay ordained Zen Buddhist practitioner, and a yoga/pilates instructor. She is passionate about the mind-body connection, and guides her clients to feel present and connected, as well as contemplate life's existential questions.

First Session charges each session directly to your credit card. Once each session occurs, and your card is charged, you will receive a PDF receipt to your email with all of the details you will need to get reimbursed (therapist name, license/designation, license number, address, etc). You can then submit the receipt to your insurance company for reimbursement.
