Nicky Lightstone
Nicky Lightstone is a Registered Psychotherapist who offers a compassionate, non-judgmental space where clients can feel seen, heard, and supported. She believes that therapy is most effective when it’s grounded in authenticity and shared humanity. Informed by her own lived experience, Nicky connects with clients through empathy and openness, showing up fully as a person, not just a therapist. Clients can expect honesty, warmth, and real understanding as they explore their challenges. She has a special interest in supporting individuals navigating mental health recovery and life transitions. Nicky invites clients to view therapy as a courageous first step toward hope and healing.

You are the expert when it comes to knowing who is the right fit. Ensure you’ve watched the therapist video at the top of their profile and see if you get a good feeling from the message and the energy they are putting out. If you feel drawn to speak with them, listen to your gut! Booking a free consultation is a great first step to asses fit.
