Monica Andrus
Monica Andrus is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) whose approach is rooted in humanistic values and an anti-oppressive lens. She believes healing happens relationally, through empathy, respect, and collaborative exploration of both your inner world and the systems surrounding you. As someone who was diagnosed with ADHD herself, Monica brings both lived experience and evidence-based knowledge into her work with neurodivergent clients. Clients often feel met with gentleness, autonomy, and permission to take things at their own pace. She has a special interest in working with ADHDers and anyone navigating identity, emotional regulation, or major life shifts. Monica invites you to connect when you’re ready, so that you can learn not just to cope, but rediscover joy in your life.
