Jason Bains
Jason Bains is a Registered Clinical Counsellor who approaches therapy through an attachment-focused and trauma-informed lens. He believes growth is a lifelong journey and helps clients explore how early experiences shape their current relationships and emotional worlds. Drawing from parts work and dialectical behaviour therapy, Jason supports clients in developing self-awareness and emotional regulation. His own recovery journey allows him to bring authenticity, empathy, and a touch of humor into sessions, creating a safe and balanced space for healing.
