Meet Izabel

Izabel Dolhy is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who takes a person-centered, strength-based approach grounded in collaboration and partnership. She believes therapy works best when care is tailored to each client’s needs and guided by genuineness, curiosity, and shared exploration. Growing up in a small community in Brazil with limited access to mental health services shaped her commitment to being present for those who may not have had support before. Clients can expect a non-judgmental space where they set the pace, choose what to share, and are met with understanding. She has a special interest in empowering clients to recognize their strengths and navigate challenges through guided self-discovery. Izabel warmly invites you to begin therapy knowing you do not need to have all the answers—just a willingness to show up.

Booking FAQ

Does Izabel offer direct billing with my insurance? Or how does payment work?

First Session charges each session directly to your credit card. Once each session occurs, and your card is charged, you will receive a PDF receipt to your email with all of the details you will need to get reimbursed (therapist name, license/designation, license number, address, etc). You can then submit the receipt to your insurance company for reimbursement if you have coverage.

We always recommend you check with your insurance provider to confirm what coverage you have.

How do I know if Izabel is a good fit?

You are the expert when it comes to knowing who is the right fit. Ensure you’ve watched the therapist video at the top of their profile and see if you get a good feeling from the message and the energy they are putting out.
