Emily wanted to become a therapist because of her own experience with eating disorders, body image, bullying, and separation/divorce. She is passionate about the idea of building a relationship with food as a way to be more intentional about what we eat. When working with clients going through separation or divorce, she encourages them to see their situation as an opportunity to redefine their lives and perhaps take it in a new direction. Emily is an avid hiker and home chef.
