Chris believes in making the most of the one life we lead and through personal experience, he recognizes the value of therapy in helping people move through difficulties in life. Chris takes a collaborative problem-solving approach with his clients and values feedback from his clients. He has a variety of slow hobbies including hiking, camping, playing video games, and Japanese Ikebana flower arranging.
