Meet Cassandre

Cassandre Quan is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who offers a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients can show up authentically as themselves. She believes therapy is not about being “fixed” but about honoring the ongoing process of growth, reminding clients that they are never broken and always worthy of care. Having once felt the same nervousness of beginning therapy, Cassandre deeply understands the courage it takes to start this journey. Clients can expect compassion, consistency, and the freedom to explore their inner world at their own pace. She has a special interest in helping people reframe limiting narratives, discover new possibilities, and find clarity during life’s challenges. Cassandre warmly invites you to take the first step and connect with her to see if therapy feels right for you.

My experiences and interests give me a unique understanding of…
  • BIPOC clients and children of immigrant parents in navigating the complexities of identity, family expectations, and cultural pressures.
  • Helping clients explore their emotions, clarify their values, understand key relationships, and create sustainable changes around boundaries, self-care, and building a life that feels aligned and meaningful to them.
  • The nuances of navigating cultural expectations, family dynamics, and identity, which can be especially meaningful for clients from similar backgrounds.
  • Supporting individuals from BIPOC communities, as well as those exploring their mental health journey, processing trauma, or navigating transitions in life.
My cultural or ancestral background is…
  • Chinese-Vietnamese, I bring a perspective shaped by growing up within a multicultural, immigrant family.
My clients describe me using words like…
  • Compassionate and warm
  • Down-to-earth and approachable
  • Easy to open up to
  • Non-judgmental
  • A space where they feel understood and supported

Booking FAQ

Does Cassandre offer direct billing with my insurance? Or how does payment work?

First Session charges each session directly to your credit card. Once each session occurs, and your card is charged, you will receive a PDF receipt to your email with all of the details you will need to get reimbursed (therapist name, license/designation, license number, address, etc). You can then submit the receipt to your insurance company for reimbursement.

How do I know if Cassandre is a good fit?

You are the expert when it comes to knowing who is the right fit. Ensure you’ve watched the therapist video at the top of their profile and see if you get a good feeling from the message and the energy they are putting out. If you feel drawn to speak with them, listen to your gut! Booking a free consultation is a great first step to asses fit.
