Candice Frederick
Candice Frederick is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who takes a collaborative, client-centered approach, tailoring therapy to each person’s unique pace and needs. She believes healing is not one-size-fits-all and emphasizes the deep connection between the mind, body, and nervous system. Clients can expect a supportive space where they feel heard, empowered, and guided in understanding how their body responds to stress and past experiences. She has a special interest in somatic therapy, as well as helping individuals work through money trauma and financial shame, addressing the deep emotional impact of financial stress. Candice welcomes those seeking clarity and meaningful change to connect and explore their path forward together.

Booking FAQ
First Session charges each session directly to your credit card. You can then submit the receipt to your insurance company for reimbursement.
You are the expert when it comes to knowing who is the right fit. Ensure you’ve watched the therapist video at the top of their profile and see if you get a good feeling from the message and the energy they are putting out. If you feel drawn to speak with them, listen to your gut! Booking a free consultation is a great first step to asses fit.
