Ashley Wass
Ashley Wass is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who offers a warm, collaborative approach grounded in psychodynamic therapy. She believes in creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore even the parts of themselves they’d rather avoid. Having experienced the power of being truly heard, Ashley understands how healing it is to speak the unspeakable and be met with compassion. Clients can expect a flexible, client-led experience where all emotional states are welcome. Ashley has a special interest in relationship patterns, anxiety, and low self-esteem, and helps clients navigate what’s working and what’s not. She welcomes anyone ready to explore their inner world, at their own pace, with a thoughtful guide by their side.

- What it feels like to be stuck in patterns that don't make sense, and how powerful it can be to explore those with someone who gets it
- From a small-town Canadian background with roots in Ireland, Scotland, Belgium, and England. My background has taught me the value of community, clear boundaries, compassion, and the importance of being able to laugh, even when things are tough.

Booking FAQ
First Session charges each session directly to your credit card. Once each session occurs, and your card is charged, you will receive a PDF receipt to your email with all of the details you will need to get reimbursed (therapist name, license/designation, license number, address, etc). You can then submit the receipt to your insurance company for reimbursement.
You are the expert when it comes to knowing who is the right fit. Ensure you’ve watched the therapist video at the top of their profile and see if you get a good feeling from the message and the energy they are putting out. If you feel drawn to speak with them, listen to your gut! Booking a free consultation is a great first step to asses fit.
