Meet Ashley
My experiences and interests give me a unique understanding of…
I'm AuDHD. (Autistic and ADHD). I know what it's like to feel "too much" or "not enough" in a world that wasn't built for how your brain works. You won't have to explain or mask with me.
I've been the new client many times. I've started over with new therapists more than once, so I understand how exhausting it is to retell your story and hope this therapist gets it. I'll go at your pace and check in on what's working.
I know healing isn't a finish line. I've "completed" therapy, only to have a life event open something I didn't know was there. That doesn't mean you failed or did it wrong. It means you're human, and coming back is allowed.
I know grief up close. I lost someone I considered my best friend, and it was unimaginable. It still hurts, but it's more manageable now. I know what it's like to get through the deepest grief and find a new normal in the middle of the abnormal. There's no timeline here, and no "right" way to grieve.
I've spent years alongside the Parkinson's community. For three years, I facilitated support groups, programs, and 1:1 sessions with people living with Parkinson's. The most common thing I heard was that people wanted a therapist they didn't have to explain their disease to. With me, you won't have to.

Warm and patient
Down-to-earth
Non-judgmental
Easy to talk to

Booking FAQ
Does Ashley offer direct billing with my insurance? Or how does payment work?
First Session charges each session directly to your credit card. Once each session occurs and your card is charged, you’ll receive a PDF receipt by email with all the details you need to get reimbursed (therapist name, designation, license number, address, etc.). You can then submit the receipt to your insurance company for reimbursement if you have coverage. We always recommend checking your coverage with your provider before booking.
How do I know if Ashley is a good fit?
You are the expert when it comes to knowing who’s the right fit. Watch the therapist’s video at the top of their profile and see whether the message and energy resonate. If you feel drawn to speak with them, listen to your gut — booking a free consultation is a great first step to assess fit.
What if I see no available times to book a session?
If the therapist is listed as accepting clients and you see no available times, it’s likely they haven’t updated their availability (sorry about that!). In this case, you can to see what times they have available.
Can I contact Ashley before booking an appointment?
