- Navigating multiple cultural identities; growing up as a second-generation Canadian in a West Indian family helps me support clients caught between cultural expectations and their own sense of self.
- Late ADHD diagnosis; discovering I’m neurodivergent in adulthood deepened my understanding of motivation, self-worth, and the grief that can come with finally having an explanation.
- High-functioning survival mode; I know what it’s like to look “fine” on the outside while quietly burning out. This helps me attune to what clients may be holding beneath the surface.
- Attachment and relational trauma; I bring insight into how early caregiving and later relationship wounds can shape boundaries, trust, and emotional safety.
- Self-doubt and shame; I offer compassion for clients navigating black-and-white thinking, catastrophizing, and the painful belief that they’re never enough.
- West Indian, shaped by the complexities of growing up in Canada within a Caribbean family. I understand what it’s like to move between cultural worlds, and I bring sensitivity to how identity, family, and intergenerational experiences can impact our sense of self.
- Compassionate and nonjudgmental, creating a space that feels warm, safe, and accepting.
- Insightful and reflective, able to name what’s underneath with care and clarity.
- Culturally responsive and trauma-informed, attuned to identity, power, and lived experience.
- Authentic and relatable, bringing realness, humour, and humanity into the room.
- Empowering and collaborative, centering your voice and walking alongside you.
- Gently challenging, supporting growth while respecting your comfort and pace.

Areas of Focus
- Neurodivergent. Especially those navigating masking, overwhelm, or executive functioning challenges.
- Highly self-aware but emotionally exhausted. Looking to better understand patterns they feel stuck in.
- People balancing multiple roles and expectations. Often trying to unlearn perfectionism or people-pleasing.
- Deep feelers and thinkers. Seeking a space where they don’t have to explain everything or shrink themselves.
- You want to feel seen without being judged. I hold space for the messy, unsure, and in-between parts of life.
- You’re navigating neurodivergent experiences. Including masking, burnout, sensory sensitivity, and shame.
- You’re tolerating a lot of uncertainty or transition. And want help making room for discomfort without spiraling.
- You’re tired of performing. And want a space where you don’t have to have it all together.
- You want someone real. I show up as a fellow human, not an expert on a pedestal.
Therapeutic Frameworks & Approach
- Seen and heard. You won’t need to over-explain or justify your experience.
- Supported and validated. Especially when things feel overwhelming, unclear, or contradictory.
- Safe enough to be honest. Even when that honesty feels scary or unfamiliar.
- Like you can exhale. Therapy with me is a space to be you, no performance required.

You are the expert when it comes to knowing who is the right fit. Ensure you’ve watched the therapist video at the top of their profile and see if you get a good feeling from the message and the energy they are putting out. If you feel drawn to speak with them, listen to your gut! Booking a free consultation is a great first step to asses fit.
