Aditi Pathare
Aditi Pathare (she/her) is a Registered Clinical Counsellor who works relationally and collaboratively to support BIPOC, 2SLGBTQIA+, neurodivergent, and other folks with intersecting identities. She believes therapy should be a space free from boxes and expectations, where all parts of a person are honored with compassion and care. Having witnessed how systemic pressures create shame and disconnection, Aditi is committed to providing safety, trust, and affirmation. Clients can expect a trauma-informed, choice-centered space where they set the pace and are welcomed as their full selves. She has a special interest in helping clients process identity, resilience, and lived experiences in ways that feel empowering and authentic. Aditi warmly invites you to connect and show up just as you are.
- What it means to live at the intersections of being BIPOC, queer, neurodivergent, and first-generation.
- Navigating cultural identity, belonging, systemic oppression, and intergenerational family dynamics, informed by both lived experience and professional work.
- Connecting with immigrants, students, survivors of trauma, and individuals who often feel unseen or misunderstood in mainstream spaces.
- Supporting couples and families in addressing communication challenges, cultural expectations, and building healthier, more connected relationships.
- Indian, South Asian. Staying connected to my roots is an important part of who I am and informs my work with clients. I support individuals navigating intergenerational and cultural complexities. I understand how culture can shape our stories—both as a source of strength and, at times, as something that can feel heavy or limiting. I bring cultural awareness into the therapy space in a way that is respectful and affirming.
