- Are curious, reflective, and open to honest conversations about both the clinical and personal sides of being a therapist. I love working with supervisees who are motivated to learn, willing to sit with discomfort when exploring their blind spots, and interested in building a practice that feels sustainable and aligned with their values.
- Whether it’s case consultation, navigating professional boundaries, or figuring out how to ethically show up on Instagram, I feel confident guiding therapists who want to integrate the realities of being a modern clinician into their work.
- Keeping my work dynamic — balancing client care, supervision, mentorship, and private practice leadership. I stay energized by connecting with other clinicians, investing in my own growth, and finding joy in helping others build their careers.
- What excites me most is supporting therapists not only in becoming strong clinicians but also in creating practices that feel authentic, flexible, and sustainable. Watching supervisees gain confidence in the therapy room and in how they show up in the world keeps me inspired and passionate about this work.

Therapeutic Frameworks & Approach
- Collaborative and down-to-earth. My style is both supportive and practical — I want supervisees to feel safe to bring their full selves into the room, whether that’s a clinical question, a business challenge, or something personal that’s impacting their work. I see supervision as a space to grow as a therapist and as a person.
- I also take a modern, millennial-aligned approach: today’s therapists are not only working in the therapy room but also navigating social media, de-stigmatizing mental health, and finding their authentic voice in a very public and digital world.
- I enjoy supporting supervisees in developing both clinical confidence and professional identity, while normalizing that our personal lives (like becoming parents, experiencing grief, or managing stress) inevitably shape our practice. Together, we can explore how those transitions impact the therapy space and work through transference with compassion and awareness.
