Kayla Chorley is an Edmonton-based counsellor with a focus on treating anxiety, perfectionism, and people-pleasing tendencies.
Kayla's approach is unique in that she does not aim to eliminate anxiety, but rather helps clients develop a healthier relationship with it, viewing it as a protective mechanism. She emphasizes the importance of understanding and acknowledging these tendencies without letting them dominate one's life.
Kayla holds a Bachelor of Education degree from the University of Alberta and a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. She is a Canadian Certified Counsellor and a member of the Association of Counselling Therapists of Alberta.
