Sabrina Sibbald
Sabrina Sibbald is a Registered Social Worker who takes a trauma-informed, holistic approach, helping clients tune into their thoughts, emotions, and the body’s wisdom at a pace that feels right for them. She believes meaningful change begins with curiosity—gently exploring patterns, rather than trying to fix or eliminate them. Sabrina brings warmth and compassion to her work, recognizing the ways our inner parts have tried to protect us through difficult times. Clients often feel deeply seen and supported as they begin to relate to themselves with more self-understanding and choice. She has a special interest in working with internal conflict, nervous system responses, and boundary-setting. Sabrina invites you to show up just as you are—there’s no right way to begin.
