Molly McBride
Molly McBride is a Registered Clinical Counsellor who supports individuals experiencing anxiety, trauma, depression, and compulsive behaviours. She primarily practices from an Internal Family Systems (IFS) approach, helping clients explore their inner world and build harmony between different parts of themselves. Drawing from her own lived experience with anxiety, Molly brings personal insight and empathy to her practice. Clients can expect a collaborative space where therapy moves at their own pace, without pressure or rushing. She has a special interest in helping people who feel stuck find understanding and relief. Molly invites you to lay out the pieces of the puzzle together, slowly and gently, in a way that feels right for you.
- The messy, beautiful, and often confusing process of being human.
- How our nervous system responds to stress, how old patterns form (and shift), and what actually helps us feel safe and connected again.
- What it’s like to live with anxiety, burnout, and trauma, and what real personal growth looks like, both in theory and in practice.
- How to make the process of discovering yourself feel less scary and a little more approachable.

Areas of Focus
- You are looking for a new perspective that helps you make sense of your patterns and circumstances.
- You want someone whom you can talk to about the difficult stuff without feeling judged.
- You’d like to talk things out, but occasionally work on practical and actionable strategies as well.
Therapeutic Frameworks & Approach
- Seen and supported, with a growing sense of groundedness, clarity, and relief as we build trust and explore what’s brought you here.
- Challenged at times, not in a harsh way, but with a gentle invitation to notice patterns, emotions, and beliefs that are ready to shift. Our work together is about creating space for your full experience without judgment, pressure, or rushing.
- More connected to yourself: more aware of your needs and boundaries, more confident in your choices, and more regulated in your body.

Booking FAQ
First Session charges each session directly to your credit card. You are the expert when it comes to knowing who is the right fit. Ensure you’ve watched the therapist video at the top of their profile and see if you get a good feeling from the message and the energy they are putting out. If you feel drawn to speak with them, listen to your gut! Booking a free consultation is a great first step to asses fit.
