Marra Sheldon

Marra takes a wholistic approach to her work, making sure to address the body, relationships and mental health with her clients. She seeks to be genuine with her clients and wants to meet them as equals rather than as a superior. To do this, she will often reframe commonly used therapy words in terms that are more easily understood by her clients. As someone who is not far out of school, she says she can relate to clients who are still in school or are new graduates.
