Margaret has a daily practice of meditation and prayer. With her clients' permission, she likes brings in an element of spirituality into her work. Before becoming a therapist, Margaret worked in medical research for 30 years. During a period of big life changes, she discovered tapping as a way to cope with stress. This led her to retrain to become a therapist. She believes in the connection between the body, mind, and spirit, and that all three must be addressed during a healing journey.
