Meet Joe

Joe likes to think of therapy as peeling back the layers of an onion to get to the core of a client's issues. As he guides his clients through that process, they are better able to understand themselves and what they want their lives to look like. Joe works with many clients who overuse technology such as gaming, gambling, and social media. He describes himself as more of an old-school Nintendo, classic boardgames kind of guy.

My experiences and interests give me a unique understanding of…
  • The importance of self-reflection in personal growth and decision-making.
  • How fear of failure can sometimes hold us back from reaching our potential.
  • The strength it takes to recover from setbacks and keep moving forward.
  • How our past influences the way we see the world, but doesn't have to define our future.
  • The resilience and strength that comes from facing adversity.
  • How overwhelming life can feel when dealing with stress and uncertainty.
  • The ups and downs of navigating big life changes and trying to make sense of them.
