- Struggles and Healing Process: Navigating my own challenges has deepened my understanding of what it means to struggle and to heal, allowing me to empathize with my clients' experiences.
- Patience and Resilience: Overcoming personal challenges has taught me the importance of patience and resilience, which I incorporate into my approach to supporting clients.
- The Value of Self-Compassion: My personal growth has instilled a strong belief in the importance of self-compassion, a principle I emphasize in my work with clients.
- Authentic and Adaptable Practice: Each experience has provided me with valuable insights, helping me create a therapy practice that is both authentic and flexible to meet the unique needs of those I support.
- Healing as a Non-linear Journey: I understand that healing is not a linear process, and meaningful change often occurs in small, intentional steps. This perspective allows me to offer a safe space for clients to explore their challenges and trust the growth process, even in difficult times.

Booking FAQ
First Session charges each session directly to your credit card. Once each session occurs, and your card is charged, you will receive a PDF receipt to your email with all of the details you will need to get reimbursed (therapist name, license/designation, license number, address, etc). You can then submit the receipt to your insurance company for reimbursement.
You are the expert when it comes to knowing who is the right fit. Ensure you’ve watched the therapist video at the top of their profile and see if you get a good feeling from the message and the energy they are putting out. If you feel drawn to speak with them, listen to your gut! Booking a free consultation is a great first step to asses fit.
