Halyna says that therapy is inherently uncomfortable, but it can also be beautiful and magical. She often feels energized at the end of a session. Halyna likes to think of life as a cup that can be filled with all sorts of big or small things. Once someone's cup is full, they are at their capacity. If they try to put in more, they'll be operating beyond their optimal capacity. She wants to work with her clients to create a toolkit for them to manage what is in their cup.
