Divya Gulati
Divya Gulati is a Registered Psychotherapist with a special interest in childhood trauma, attachment issues, abandonment, and early patterns that shape our lives. She believes therapy is most powerful when it addresses the root rather than just the symptoms. Drawing from her own experiences with anxiety and self-esteem, she brings presence, authenticity, and a commitment to creating a trusting, safe environment. If you're unsure about starting therapy, Divya encourages you to try just one session and see how it feels.
