Courtney's goal is to provide everyone with tools to process emotions more effectively and to overcome life’s challenges in a healthy way. She have extensive experience working with brain wellness and chronic illness including Parkinson’s Disease, cognitive decline, concussion/head injury, and other mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma and grief. When Courtney is not working she's focused on raising my two young children with my husband.
