Please Note
I feel most confident working with supervisees who…
- Are open and enthusiastic to supervision.
I stay energized and engaged in my therapy practice by…
- Continuously working on my safe and effective use of self: self-care, continued learning in various forms, engaging in my own self-reflection and use of interventions as appropriate, and continued dialogue with my colleagues.

My supervision approach and style can be described as…
- Eclectic, much like my therapeutic work. I appreciate the advantages of using mixed models and techniques, tailoring my approach to fit the needs of each supervisee.
- At the core of my supervision, I prioritize the relationship with my supervisee, aiming to create a space that is supportive, safe, fair, respectful, and flexible.
- I adopt an educational and democratic approach, encouraging collaboration and mutual respect. In the short time frame we have for supervision, I’ve found that a combination of case consultation, role reversal, and role play works well to maximize our time and foster deeper learning.
