
Arsalan Ahmad
Arsalan is a spiritually-minded therapist who loves to help clients identity patterns that are causing blockages and suffering. He believes that human are very complex beings both internally and relationally, and he likes to delve into the difficult questions around why we suffer and how to overcome suffering. Arsalan is an advocate of mindfulness practice, and he describes mindfulness as being proactive and intentional in how we direct our thoughts. In addition to one-on-one psychotherapy, Arsalan also facilities mindfulness and meditation retreats and offers equine-facilitated therapy with a trained horse handler.

First Session charges each session directly to your credit card. Once each session occurs, and your card is charged, you will receive a PDF receipt to your email with all of the details you will need to get reimbursed (therapist name, license/designation, license number, address, etc). You can then submit the receipt to your insurance company for reimbursement if you have coverage.
