Samantha Rajchel
Samantha Rajchel is a Registered Social Worker who supports women and mothers navigating overwhelm, anxiety, perfectionism, and disconnection from their authentic selves. She believes therapy should be a compassionate space where clients feel fully seen, supported, and empowered to make choices that align with who they truly are. Drawing from her lived experiences as a highly sensitive person, immigrant, mother, and recovering people pleaser, she brings warmth, empathy, and understanding to the therapeutic relationship. Clients can expect a supportive environment focused on self-compassion, authentic communication, boundary setting, and celebrating meaningful progress. She has a special interest in helping women reconnect with themselves and navigate the emotional pressures of caregiving and relationships. Samantha invites you to begin wherever you are and explore what support and connection can look like for you.
- Women navigating major life transitions, especially new and recent motherhood.
- Mothers healing from difficult or traumatic birth experiences while adjusting to the emotional realities of motherhood.
- Women who give so much to others that they’ve lost connection with themselves, and want to learn how to set healthier boundaries.
- Women seeking deeper self-understanding and more authentic relationships with themselves and the people around them.
- Women who appear to “have it all together” on the outside, but internally feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or constantly carrying too much.
- Highly sensitive women who are tired of feeling like they are “too much” and want to embrace their sensitivity with more self-compassion and confidence.

Booking FAQ
First Session charges each session directly to your credit card. Once each session occurs, and your card is charged, you will receive a PDF receipt to your email with all of the details you will need to get reimbursed (therapist name, license/designation, license number, address, etc). You can then submit the receipt to your insurance company for reimbursement if you have coverage.
We always recommend you check with your insurance provider to confirm what coverage you have.
You are the expert when it comes to knowing who is the right fit. Ensure you’ve watched the therapist video at the top of their profile and see if you get a good feeling from the message and the energy they are putting out. If you feel drawn to speak with them, listen to your gut! Booking a free consultation is a great first step to asses fit.
