Marco Milani
Marco Milani is a Registered Clinical Counsellor who takes a reflective, insight-oriented approach, helping clients explore how their beliefs and inner dialogue shape their experiences. He believes therapy is not about fixing or eliminating parts of yourself, but understanding them as a path toward growth and change. Drawing from his own experiences seeking support and navigating low energy and motivation, he brings empathy and relatability to the process. Clients can expect a thoughtful space that encourages deeper reflection, especially around identity, purpose, and self-perception. He has a special interest in working with men and reducing stigma around opening up and seeking help. Marco invites you to explore your experiences with curiosity and see challenges as opportunities for growth.

First Session charges each session directly to your credit card. Once each session occurs, and your card is charged, you will receive a PDF receipt to your email with all of the details you will need to get reimbursed (therapist name, license/designation, license number, address, etc). You can then submit the receipt to your insurance company for reimbursement if you have coverage.
We always recommend you check with your insurance provider to confirm what coverage you have.
