Jordan Wiener
Jordan Wiener is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who supports adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, identity concerns, and life transitions, with a focus on men’s mental health. He offers a grounded, collaborative approach that makes room for vulnerability, emotional awareness, and honest conversation. Jordan checks in regularly, follows each client’s pace, and may use brief mindfulness and practical grounding strategies before exploring deeper patterns and tender experiences. His aim is to help clients feel heard, advocate for their needs, and approach therapy without pressure to have everything figured out. With warmth, openness, and respect for each person’s capacity, he supports clients in recognizing both their challenges and their strengths.
- Corporate stress; You know what it's like when high stress gets worn as a badge of honor, and vulnerability gets read as weakness. I spent years in finance and as a chief of staff, so I've lived in that world.
- Being a man; You may have never said some of this out loud to another man before, and that's not a coincidence. Most of us weren't given the tools or space to open up.
- Relational challenges; You might feel stuck in the same fight on repeat, losing hope that things can look different. I trained in EFT because I kept seeing that exact pattern, in couples and individuals both, and I've watched people find their way out of it.
- Finding meaning outside the routine; You might be sitting with bigger questions than your day-to-day life leaves room for… purpose, identity, meaning. I took a long hiatus at one point to travel, partly to search for my own answers to those same questions, and spent real time figuring out how to integrate them back into life.

Booking FAQ
First Session charges each session directly to your credit card. Once each session occurs, and your card is charged, you will receive a PDF receipt to your email with all of the details you will need to get reimbursed (therapist name, license/designation, license number, address, etc). You can then submit the receipt to your insurance company for reimbursement if you have coverage.
We always recommend you check with your insurance provider to confirm what coverage you have.
You are the expert when it comes to knowing who is the right fit. Ensure you’ve watched the therapist video at the top of their profile and see if you get a good feeling from the message and the energy they are putting out. If you feel drawn to speak with them, listen to your gut! Booking a free consultation is a great first step to asses fit.
