Adina believes that therapy is a transformational process that begins and ends with the client. Her role as a therapist is to create a safe environment for clients to explore their issues. Adina says that healing can be a very painful process because pain is the body's signal to us that change is needed. The pain must come to the surface and grab our attention so that we'll do what is needed to get rid of it. In her free time, Adina likes to sing, dance, and hang out with her dog.
